  "dc.datacite.description": "This polygonal vector dataset represents homologated spatial units designed for the comparison of the National Population, Household, and Housing Censuses of 1991 and 2001 (INDEC), covering the entire Argentine territory. The polygons were constructed using the cartographic homologation methodology developed in Boccolini (2021) to ensure spatial comparability between both census moments. The layer includes intercensal population variation classified into a 12-category typology based on the magnitude of demographic growth or decline during the 2001–2010 period, in intervals ranging from a reduction greater than 40% to growth greater than 40%. NOTE: The descriptive metadata recorded in this record has been incorporated as embedded metadata in the datasets, in accordance with the documentation practices defined in ISO 19115, and can be consulted using compatible GIS software.",
